To help us fix it quickly, please include:

• what you were trying to do (for example, “remove the background”);
• your browser and device (for example, “Chrome on Android”);
• the approximate file size and number of pages;
• any error message you saw.

Please do not attach your photos. We never need them, and keeping your pictures private is the whole point of this site.

For questions about your data, see our Privacy Policy. To make a request, email us with the subject “Privacy request”.

Business and press

For partnerships or press, use the email above with the subject “Business”. Please note that we cannot restore lost work or files, because we never receive your photos.
